RIMASYS is the world’s only manufacturer of realistic fractures in human specimens with an intact soft-tissue envelope.

Traditionally, training in orthopaedic trauma surgery has primarily relied on artificial models or uninjured specimens, which are unable to realistically replicate complex injury patterns. RIMASYS bridges this gap and, with reproducible fractures on intact human specimens, creates training conditions that are as close as possible to everyday clinical practice. In the in-house ‘Cadlab’, doctors work directly on pre-fractured human specimens in realistic wet labworkshops under the guidance of renowned experts.

This has given rise to a surgical ecosystem that serves as an international learning- and networkingplatform for orthopaedics and trauma surgery. It combines digital content, such as high-quality surgical videos, with practical hands-on courses, live events and interactive formats. Through this integrated approach, the company facilitates knowledge transfer, training and exchange with leading experts worldwide, making a significant contribution to a better understanding of injuries, the targeted development of surgical skills and the promotion of innovation in medicine and industry.
