As the competence centre for sustainable polymer solutions within the Feddersen Group, BIO-FED is involved in the development, production and distribution of biobased, biodegradable and recycled plastics. • Development of a plan for the establishment of the recycling business segment and execution of the plan
• Development of new suppliers and business models
• In cooperation with sales and product management, develop marketing tools and market introduction plans for recycled thermoplastics
• Be the expert for recycled thermoplastic materials and provide support to colleagues as well as business partners
• Project management in cooperation with the sales and distribution partners to develop an application development project pipeline for the recycling business segment
• Regular visits of suppliers, customers and distribution partners

What excites US

• Engineering degree or alternatively a commercial background with a focus on marketing/project management
• Industry-specific expertise related to thermoplastics and their recycling
• Knowledge of plastics processing is desirable
• Experience in sales and application development is an advantage
• Professional level of English is needed, German and other foreign languages are an advantage
• Willingness to accept high level of business travel
